Thank you for shopping with Wild Willow Boutique + Prints! We strive to process and ship your DTF T-shirt orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 Business days after payment is received.
Orders are shipped from Buna, TX.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and offer standard and expedited options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management.
File a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
You may contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen orders.

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

We strongly encourage purchasing shipping protection or insurance at checkout if offered, especially for high-value or time-sensitive orders.
